Shipping & Returns


All orders placed are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Anderson Surfboards.The order will start to be manufactured once a $200 deposit is received, Ordering methods include E-mailing our team, or phoning.
Cancellations attempted after ordering will cost your deposit of $200.


All orders must be paid by bank deposit/credit card or in store by eft/cash.

Shipping quote provided by freight forwarder to be issued to customer by Anderson Surfboards. We do not ship to PO Boxes for surfboards. We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by Anderson Surfboards. Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Anderson Surfboards will make every effort to deliver on time. However, we shall not be held liable for delay or lost shipment. Surfboards will be inspected and deemed in perfect condition  before wrapping and be well packaged  for transport.  Anderson surfboards will not be responsible for any surfboards once in freight forwarder possession. 
Customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to accept the delivery. Any delivery requests must be made prior to the shipment of the order. Cost for re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. 


NZ Estimated shipping times:
1-3 business days   

We deliver our clothing and accessories with NZ Post service and it can take up to 1-3 business days for the parcel to reach you.

Aus and Int shipping times are to be determined at time of postage. 


Please contact when you place your order. There are no returns on custom order surfboards. 


Anderson Surfboards do not issue refunds. We may exchange or issue a credit note (valid for 6 months from issue date) for a change of mind purchase subject to several conditions: 
•    Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase with original tags and receipt.
•    A refund does not apply to goods reduced for sales purposes however may be returned for either an exchange or credit note.
•    Goods cannot have been worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer
•    Shipping and handling costs are not refundable

A refund may be provided in the case of a damaged or faulty item.  Goods are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition. Products are packaged carefully to ensure a minimal chance of damage during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact Anderson Surfboards within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange or a refund.
